He holds an MBA with an emphasis in International Non-Profit Management as well as BA degrees in both Organizational Management and Biblical Studies. Cinnamon Miles

Co-Founder

Cinnamon is the co-founder and Senior Designer at Liberty Jane Clothing. She is a bestselling author and has served as a Brand Ambassador for Bernina – the world’s premiere sewing machine company. Her book Idiot’s Guide: Sewing is available in bookstores nationwide. Her ministry background includes an extended stay in Ukraine where she worked with Youth With A Mission (YWAM).



Esther M'kandawire

Zambia Program Director

Esther has invested over ten years in ministry in one of the most challenging communities in Lusaka – Ngombe. Her community school is a model for others throughout the country. She works with over 900 primary school students. The Needs Care Center also coordinates adult literacy programs, a community clinic, and much more. The Sew Powerful Sewing & Tailoring Program is an extension of her vital ministry.


Dana Buck

Board Member

Dana is a Senior Director of Development at World Vision. With more than thirty years in the non-profit sector, he’s traveled around the world helping donors build relationships with the poor – and the poor find help, hope, and healing – a chance for a better life.



Kevin LaRoche

Board Member

Kevin is an ordained minister and serves on staff at Renton Christian Center in Renton Washington. He has mobilized teens to travel around the world in service to the poor.


Toby Capps

Board Member

Toby is a sales executive with McKesson Medical Surgical – the world’s leading supplier of medical equipment. He is a distinguished leader in the Boy Scouts Of America and serves on their National Leadership Council.
